Our Christmas menu brings The Base’s Pan-Asian kitchen to the festive table: miso and five-spice roast turkey, turkey and truffle siu mai, and steamed sea bass, KOMI style. There are vegetarian choices at every course, starting with miso-glazed aubergine and miso and truffle roast celeriac.
