Bread is Our Beginning

From our signature sourdough to soft, golden brioche and rustic baguettes, bread is at the heart of every menu we serve.

We bake with purpose, using traditional techniques, long fermentations, and grains chosen not just for flavour, but for their story. Our Head of Production, Tarcisio Concas, is always creating new additions, from mini brioche buns to earthy flatbreads, so there’s always something different to try.
